WHY I LEFT THE FANDOM

Hello there everyone, it's been such a long time hasn't it?

Gosh, I miss blogging, the excitement I would feel when there's something new to share like songs, PVs, idol news etc. I would just what to blurt them out all at once! It's kinda sad really how that feeling faded overtime.

Now, I don't even know what to write. I don't even know how anymore. But guys, here is the reason why I no longer post, no longer share download links and the reason why I left the fandom.

I guess if you follow my blog from its humble beginning back in 2011, I started off blogging about random topics, mostly Johnny's news, kawaii stuffs and daily blogs about my life. Then in 2012, the highest peak of the blog, the rate of readers boomed! because I started to share download links, videos, songs, lyrics etc. things that people want and especially in the Johnny's world, these things were difficult to find back then. So I was one of them who scoured all over the internet just to give easy access to my fellow Johnny's fans, particularly Hey! Say! JUMP's Tobikkos.

2012 was the this blog's shining moment! I expanded to Tumblr and Livejournal. I shared pictures, gifs and fanfics. I joined HSJJUMPFacts, a group of JUMP fans who update other Tobikkos on JUMP's news and of course facts. I was one of the admins. I was Admin B.

I kept going throughout 2013 and 2014. And the fandom got competitive.
So I reached out to other sources, non-English sources namely Weibo, Tudou, YinYueTai, Yoku, Soku etc. and other Chinese websites who until know are known to be very well updated with JUMP's singles and albums few days before the release date.
I remember spending the whole afternoon just to search for any JUMP materials. Tabs after tabs. Google translate on one side. I felt amazing at that time. I felt like a detective, cracking codes, looking for clues in an foreign territory and solving mysteries. I believed myself to be one of the top Hey! Say! JUMP providers at that time. I was proud. I didn't care and didn't acknowledge what I was doing was wrong.

But in 2014, eventually things must come to an end. At least gradually in my case.
As I grew busy and grew tired of the routine. I didn't share as much as I used to.
Yes, I found another alternative way of providing downloads...but it was also this feelings deep inside that gave me a sour taste in my mouth.
The fandom got even more competitive! And some had the advantage of speaking and understanding Japanese. They would most likely get the news first hand!

Around 2014 was also the year I furthered my studies abroad. To where? well none other than the UK. A country to strict with its copyright and piracy polices. It got hard for me. And that feeling grew.
I continued sharing, low-key, but I started to hesitate so if you notice I started to add "buy and support them" on the post and give a link to CDJapan. But this didn't help me much.

I got scared and on edge.
Until, I stopped.

You see, I finally realized just how wrong I was to despise  the copyright and piracy rules! and It was so ironic of me to say how much I supported JUMP when all I do was helping other fellow Tobikkos to rob their hard earn money from them. I felt bad and hated myself for doing something low-key illegal. Even if millions of people do it!
This feeling drove me away from the fandom. I didn't want to surround myself with negative feelings and the fact that I couldn't share anything anymore makes me feel like I have to purpose anymore in the fandom. I felt like I am no one if don't share anything.
This was too much for me. and I eventually just dropped everything.

I couldn't share what I used to share anything. But that didn't mean I was not a Tobikko.
At least I thought so.
2014 and 2015 were rough years for me. And got tired of keeping myself updated with Johnny's news. It got boring and repetitive. They even got scandalous over the years! They looked like they were no longer the idols I used to know. It ruined the image in my head a bit.
I did try though. To gain back that idol heart feeling. It didn't stay long. It never did.

So in conclusion, maybe it is safe to say that I have left the fandom. Sure I watch some of their videos, hear some news, listen to some songs and like their pictures and all...but not as who I once was.
However, this blog is a proof that I once was a contributer to the fandom. I am glad that I could help my fellow Tobikkos during those times. Make you happy, make you smile and fuel your Tobikko hearts with the wonders of Hey! Say! JUMP.
And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your support up until now. Love ya Tobikkos! Keep on supporting Hey! Say! JUMP.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Hello there again dear Tobikkos!^^

Well I said Tobikko because I know most of you coming to my blog are Tobikkos~^^
So Oh yeah! my update!
Yes, this is very important and...well upsetting...

But as you can see I am not updated with download links anymore and I am pretty sure those who used to come to me for updates before this has changed or shifted to another site.
I am sorry for that but happy that you can still support JUMP~^^

Anyway, my update is to inform you that...
I will no longer post Download Links from now on.
However...
Anything in the Download page will still be up and will not be taken down unless needed so.
So please help yourself and best download them before they are gone.

I am sorry for that,I really wish I could continue on but for some reason, I feel like I shouldnt continue on doing so.
I hope you understand.

My Deepest Apologies

Hello there minna~

So after months of inactivity and not saying anything not even the slightest comment, I finally got the time and confidence to post about the matter.

Firstly I would like to apologize for the postpone of the recent event regarding Daiki's birthday~
I know I said I was going to do a giveaway, and I am grateful for those who joined it and being part of it, but unfortunately I wasn't able to fulfill it and feel really really bad because of this.

As an explanation, I really wanted to do it, I really do but honestly speaking during that time I was busy juggling assignments, exams and also had to prepare for going back to my home country.
I wasn't able to do it too after i got back because of my tight schedule and of course spending my time with families.

But please don't hate me because of this...because the giveaway is still on.

久しぶりですね~~~ Hello again~^^

Hello lovely people~^^

It's been a while ne and yes I admit I do miss blogging here~~~
First of all I apologize for my disappearance ^^;;...well a lot of things happened while I was away...but I'm okay now.
By the way Happy New Year!!...well...I know it's been more than a month but I never got to greet you guys~^^ So Happy late Akeome~~^^ (???)

Anyway, I think I mentioned before that I will be studying overseas...and...
...I'm studying oversea now!^^ It's definitely a dream come true~
I'm taking Psychology in University of York, UK~^^ and so far it's been a challenge living alone and managing University life, but at the same time it's quite exciting.
So I guess you'd understand why I have been MIA for the pass 5 months or so~~^^;;

Now, I don't promise that I will blog often from now on cause I'm pretty sure that's impossible for to do...but I also don't want to abandon this blog, because I love this blog very very much.
This blog is like my journey through the Fandom and also my journey to adulthood (I guess ^^;;)
So I really couldn't just leave it like that~

But anyway, I just per-ordered JUMP's "Koro Sensation" (pssst the bundle set~^^ Excited!!!!) but of course the single won't be released till 18th March and I have absolutely no idea when they will be in my hands now that I live far far away~~~ -___-"
BUT!
I will try to provide the DLs if I can if you want to~^^
also other DLs if possible...if time is on my side (and if my laptop decides to cooperate with me~)

PrizmaX is 'REBORN' HOT AND BADASS!!!^^

Hello hello there~
 *bows nth times for being missing and not updating for a very looooooong time!*
Okay...now that we got that sorted out....
...okay,no that's not how it is,but I'm really sorry~ >_<

Anyway,I just found out that PrizmaX just released their upcoming single 'REBORN' PV (like a day ago~ Hah! I knew they'll release it soon!) and all I could say is....
IT IS HAWT!!! AND AWESOME!!!
 A definite improvement from their previous PVs..it reminds me of 'Take Me' but more hot!! XD

Watch it and see it for yourself! ^^

 
I really love how awesome it looks,especially the intro!!! Win looks adorable in that cap!! (YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY PICS I HAVE OF WIN WEARING HIS CAP!!
But...somehow it looks awkward,mainly the dancing scenes,like as if the camera doesn't know which angle is better to capture them while dancing,so sometime it looks awkward...you get what I mean~ (I guess 0_0)~
...also rapping scenes could've been better~~(Sorry Daiki~ >< still love your rap!)
What I'm also trying to say is that it still looks kinda cheap but cool at the same time, though it is a huge improvement from 'GO!' and 'Ready' PVs,
...I still wish that PrizmaX is given a more brushed up,thought up and more effects PV~ (Like DISH//'s and Choutokkyu's)...especially with their unique (to Japan's idol industry) and catchy songs!

Now,talking about 'REBORN' song~^^ It was my first time listening to it and it gave me a great first impression!
PrizmaX still kept the same rockish pop song like 'Take Me' and I love that!...but yeah,I still love 'Take Me' somehow~ (maybe cause it's more catchy) but with Tim saying 'Close your eyes'  whispering in your ears....(^//////^)....so cute that part is~
It's a mix English and Japanese song like all of their singles (so far) so you can still enjoy their sexy English-speaking voice (one of the reason why I love PrizmaX~^^~ohhhh Timmy's voice~~~~) and of course Daiki's rap!

Overall,I love it! Hopefully PrizmaX will be given a better PV with greater effects and so on~ Just because THEY DESERVE IT!!!
Oh and one more important message....

Sorry to say but I don't know if I could give the download link for 'REBORN' this time or any DLs,at least not in time~ ;____;
Just because I don't think I can buy any singles or albums for the time being, since I will start University soon and this is overseas so my address will also change
and I just don't want to deal with any problems sorting it out and such~
Maybe once I settle down and get things in order and know the place I'm moving to well, I might be able to give DLs~

Ohkay~ Cos it was a long time since I listen to this single (cos I forgot that I have it...whoops!) so I can't give a very good comment~^^;;

All I can say 'Pretty Girl' is my favourite among the tracks,it sounds sweet and upbeat somehow to me~^^

'Believe x Believe' in my opinion sounds kinda like 'ikki!' so I'm not really head over heels over this one~

'We Can Do it!' is also not bad,it's just Okay for me~^^;;

But anyway,it's an okay single altogether~
